The cake was great and everyone enjoyed it.

However, the response time is quite slow and you have to call before your message is responded.

Additionally, this is a suggestion, please provide order numbers for orders to enable ease for pickup especially in cases where the the person that ordered isn’t the one picking up. Using only the message on the cake is not enough.

Ordered the cake in the morning and it was delivered in less than 3hours. Cake looked even better than the pictures on the website. Thank you for coming through.
