The Diva Cakes Loyalty Scheme is a programme specially designed to recognize and reward our consistent and loyal customers.

By becoming a member of Diva Cakes Loyalty, you gain access to a bouquet of rewards for the year. We have categorized the membership levels with their respective benefits under the tiers listed below, starting with the lowest category

Bronze Tier

Customers automatically qualify to become Bronze Tier members when they make a purchase.

Silver Tier 

Customers can become Silver Tier members by accumulating 250 points. The rewards for this membership tier are:

  • Discount offers on member’s birthdays and/or anniversaries
  • Gifts at the end of the year
  • Access to exclusive discounts from partner brands (coming soon)

Gold Tier 

Customers can become Gold Tier members by accumulating 1000 points. The rewards for this membership tier are:

  • Cake gifting on member’s birthdays and/or anniversaries
  • Gifts at the end of the year
  • Access to exclusive discounts from partner brands (coming soon)

Platinum Tier 

Customers can become Platinum Tier members by accumulating 2500 points. The rewards for this membership tier are:

  • A dedicated relationship manager
  • DIVA Platinum card (coming soon)
  • Cake gifting on member’s birthdays, or anniversaries
  • Premium gifts at the end of the year
  • Access to exclusive discounts from partner brands (coming soon)

Diva Diamond Tier 

Customers can become Diva Diamond Tier members by accumulating 5000 points. The rewards for this membership tier are:

  • A dedicated relationship manager
  • DIVA Diamond card (coming soon)
  • Cake gifting on member’s birthdays, or anniversaries
  • Premium gifts at the end of the year

Does Diva Cakes Loyalty scheme membership expire?

Yes, at the end of a 24-month cycle for all tiers.

How do I identify my membership tier level?

Once you reach the threshold points for any tier level, you will be notified of your member status via SMS, e-mail or through your dedicated relationship manager, depending on the membership tier level.

How do I know who my dedicated relationship manager is?

As an eligible DIVA Diamond or Platinum tier member, you are informed of your dedicated relationship manager when your new status is being communicated to you via e-mail, SMS, or through your relationship manager.

What do I do if I am unable to redeem my loyalty points at the outlet or website?

Send an e-mail to support@divacakes.com.ng or WhatsApp/SMS to 09088071831. Necessary steps will be taken to resolve the issue.

Terms and Conditions

  • The loyalty scheme is open to all customers of Diva Cakes.
  • Customers can earn loyalty points for each purchase they make at any of our outlets. The number of points earned will be calculated based on the amount spent on each transaction. Points will be credited to the customer’s loyalty account after each transaction.
  • Customers can redeem their loyalty points for discounts on future purchases at any of our outlets. The discount will be applied to the total amount of the purchase at the time of redemption. Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Loyalty points cannot be transferred.
  • Loyalty points will expire after 24 months from the date of enrolling into the loyalty scheme. Expired points cannot be reinstated or used for redemption.
  • Diva Cakes reserves the right to terminate or modify the loyalty scheme at any time without prior notice. In the event of termination, all loyalty points will be forfeited.
  • Diva Cakes will collect and use personal information of customers for the purpose of administering the loyalty scheme. We do not share or sell customer information to third parties.
  • By participating in the loyalty scheme, customers accept and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Diva Cakes reserves the right to disqualify any customer who violates these terms and conditions.
