What types of cakes do you have?

We have a wide variety of cakes, including chocolate, vanilla, red velvet, Diva Mix (vanilla, chocolate, strawberry and coconut flavours iced in whipped cream), and more. We also offer custom flavours and designs upon request.

Do you deliver cakes?

Yes, we offer delivery within a certain radius of our shop. Please contact us for more information on delivery fees and availability.

Can I order a cake for a special occasion?

Yes, we offer custom cakes for special occasions such as birthdays, weddings, and baby showers. Please let us know the details of your event and any specific requests you may have so that we can create the perfect cake for you.

Do you offer tastings?

Yes, we offer cake tastings for customers who are interested in ordering a cake for a special occasion. Please contact us to schedule a tasting appointment.

What is the process for ordering a custom cake?

To order a custom cake, please contact us with the details of your event and any specific requests you may have. We will work with you to design the perfect cake and provide a quote. Once the design and price have been finalized, a deposit will be required to secure your order. The balance, if any, should be paid before the pickup or delivery of the cake.

Do you have a menu or price list?

Yes, we have a menu and price list available upon request. Prices may vary depending on the size, flavour, and design of the cake.

Do you offer any other baked goods or desserts?

In addition to cakes, we also offer a selection of other baked goods such as cupcakes, cookies, and pastries. Please inquire about availability and pricing.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

We occasionally offer promotions and discounts on our products. Please follow us on social media or sign up for our email list to stay informed about any current offers.

How far in advance do I need to place an order?

It is best to place your order as far in advance as possible, especially for custom cakes and large orders. We recommend at least a week’s notice for custom orders and two weeks for wedding cakes. However, we may be able to accommodate last-minute orders depending on our availability.

Can I place an order and get it on Sunday?

Yes, we are open on Sundays from 9 am to 3 pm in all our outlets except Victoria Island and Lekki Phase 1 Outlets. Please note, you can only pickup on Sundays, no deliveries.

How will I know my order has successfully been placed?

Our CSO will reach out to you to confirm your payment immediately after placing your order. Payment validates your order.

What if I want to change the time to pick up my order?

You can make changes to your order prior to the delivery or pickup day.

What is the cancellation policy if I pre-order but I cannot make it in to pickup?

Unfortunately you can’t cancel an order on the day of pickup or delivery. However, you can choose to use our delivery service, we will deliver to your doorstep.
