They’re very clean and fast

I ordered online and picked up from Sangotedo outlet. The person I spoke with on WhatsApp & phone as I called was very polite and had good communication skills. I loved the cake. Even though what I wanted was not available, I asked her to recommend for me and what she recommended I loved. Wish I knew her name. I’ll like to say thank you to her.

Diva cakes is the place to go to when you’re running out of time. I made two separate orders to be delivered in two different places and I got them within the stipulated time (less than 6 hours). The cake really tastes good too.

We were at the Ojodu outlet earlier on today and we were attended to graciously by Debby. Amazing customer service, great selling skills, beautiful smile and she definitely knew what she was doing.

I’d I’m to rate her services over 10, I’ll give her a 100. Impressive, Dashing, Excellent and Fantabulous.

That was my first time at Diva’s Cake and definitely I’ll be back.

DEBBIE really waohed me with her beautiful smile. She welcomed us like we were in heaven. I almost didn’t want to leave again. I almost spent all my money buying cakes there. Wish I could take her home with me.

It was awesome experience. I met her in gbagada last month and now today in Yaba. She had a bit of delay this morning as soon as she came in she apologize and explain herself but you know Nigerians we are never satisfied. Someone took offence with it but she did apologize to everyone for the delay today. She is a good customer service person. If you have a branch around palmgrove onipan not Pedro will want you to bring her there.

On a Sunday the Berger outlet opens at 9am, I was supposed to wait 45mins as I was not aware.

Then Debby showed up 1mins later and saved me 44mins of waiting. Thank you so much and keep up the good work. I love the cakes too!
