The experience was top notch

The cake is nice no doubt but the customer service is terrible and also there wasn’t really any cake on display , I just had to choose from the three available of which none was to my taste in appearance, design ,color and flavor. Not a fan of vanilla cake and was really disappointed they didn’t have chocolate cake

The cake was lovely, fluffy and all but I am displeased at the customer service, it was whack ! I ordered cake 2 days to birthday, indicated delivery time as 11am only for the cake to be delivered at 4pm. Diva cakes you can do better with swift delivery other than that the cake was as I requested. Keep up with the good work 👍
