The order and discussions were all over the phone (WhatsApp). The details were particular and were carried out to the letter. I am very happy with the cake (sugar free) – the taste and appearance were excellent. Weldone Diva Team!
POS machine
Kindly fix your POS machine. It’s inconvenient to keep asking a client to do a transfer then said client waits till the transfer is confirmed.
I have gone there repeatedly in the last month and heard POS isn’t working. It was discouraging and I left the last time without purchasing anything
Prompt delivery
The fact that their delivery is prompt is my joy
I can sit down in the comfort of my house and order cake and relax that it is sorted.
Unlike their surulere branch, those ladies has Zero joy, There should be proper customer service training for them
