My name is Francesca Gabriel, and I am writing to request a refund for a Double 11″ sponge and marble cake that I purchased from your Alagomeji/Yaba outlet on Sunday, July 16th, 2023. I paid a total of N17,700 into the bank account of Diva Cakes and Confections Ltd with the following details:

However, I was informed that the payment had not been credited to the account and was asked to make another payment to the company’s Fidelity Bank account with the following details:

Diva Cakes and Confections, 4520019084, Fidelity Bank.

I was promised a refund of my initial payment as soon as the company received the credit for the former payment.

The shop attendant confirmed the receipt of the Fidelity Bank payment on the same day I made the payment. However, it took three weeks after Access Bank confirmed the credit to the company’s GT Bank account for me to request a refund. It has now been over four weeks since I requested the refund, and I am still waiting to receive my money back.

Therefore, I kindly request that you refund my payment of N17,700 immediately to my account.
