The first cake I got, had an issue and when I reached out they immediately apologize and sent in a new one

The experience was top notch

The cake is nice no doubt but the customer service is terrible and also there wasn’t really any cake on display , I just had to choose from the three available of which none was to my taste in appearance, design ,color and flavor. Not a fan of vanilla cake and was really disappointed they didn’t have chocolate cake
