Some attendants in opebi, lack manners, they talk to you like they’re doing you a favour, they act like the typical Yoruba ladies, every answer and explanation is with an attitude, one of them is a lady that covers her hair all the time.very unpleasant, she acts like they are forcing her to do the Job,she speaks and also responds in a rude manner and trying to put it in a respecful way, so annoying, same as another that was transfered to berger from opebi, that one is even worse, acting like she owns the place, she has always been like that, initially I thought if she leaves, the place will be better, but I was wrong. And, trust me, I’m very easy to please. Pls do something about it,I feel very reluctant going to any of these outlets. These Yoruba girl’ Attitude they display is a NO NO, this is not a shop in Balogun that they should do anyhow, they need serious training and orientation.

The experience was top notch

The cake is nice no doubt but the customer service is terrible and also there wasn’t really any cake on display , I just had to choose from the three available of which none was to my taste in appearance, design ,color and flavor. Not a fan of vanilla cake and was really disappointed they didn’t have chocolate cake
